Advisory services are provided by FLIT Invest LLC (“FLIT” or “FLIT Invest”), an SEC-registered Investment Adviser. FLIT is a wholly owned subsidiary of FLIT Invest Holdings Inc.

FLIT Invest’s investment advisory services are available to residents of the United States. In order to open a FLIT account, you must be at least 18 years of age. Brokerage accounts for FLIT Invest’s clients are established at Apex Clearing Corporation, an unaffiliated third-party SEC registered broker-dealer that is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (www.finra.org) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (www.sipc.org). Apex provides clearing and execution services and serves as a qualified custodian for advisory assets of FLIT Invest clients.

All FLIT Invest accounts are in the custody of Apex Clearing Corporation and SIPC-protected up to $500,000 total, including $250,000 in cash balances. SIPC protects against losses resulting from the insolvency of a broker-dealer. The $500,000 amount is standard for investment companies.
